While originally issued 12/2017 to protest the Utica Common Council decision to override term limits imposed by a citizens' referendum. the sticker remains valid as the Mayor and Council continue to turn a deaf ear to citizens' concerns and input on destroying a large section of downtown to build their dream of a new giant hospital instead of situating it on vacant land near the current hospital complex.
